REWOVEN: From Survival Mode to Real Selfhood

Rewoven takes us through the journey from survival mode to real selfhood, where our story softens and our bodies remember. This course is for adults seeking to repattern their body after childhood conditioning (such as ACEs). Repatterning is facilitated through non-pathologizing nervous system regulation, allowing the body to connect to its innate rhythm of resilience and healthy relationship, supporting the nervous system in its reorientation from survival mode to reality-based embodied selfhood.

Through a 9-week arc, Rewoven explores re-embodiment and recovery from childhood conditioning as:

  • inherent birth rights each human is born with
  • truths the body forgets and can remember; not as "fixes" - you are not broken
  • nervous system regulation as a soul tool, not a self-help application
  • somatic steppingstones as the path for soulful reconnection with the essential self or true self or soul

Together we'll explore:

  • different somatic terrains and thresholds as opportunities for connection and growth
  • the unique map we each create along the way
  • how to approach the guardians and gates of our hearts intelligently and compassionately

Each session will weave together:

  • experiential, titrated, exploratory education
  • somatic inquiry that is curious and compassionate
  • self-paced, accessible embodied movement and writing practices

You will leave with:

  • a felt sense of your own resources and how to speak to your body in the language it understands
  • a map of your unique nervous system's adaptations and superpowers that will serve as a reference and resource in your continuing journey
  • class materials, recordings, community support

This series may also be supportive for clinicians or teachers seeking an embodied understanding of how the body holds its past and heals in the present.
