Here, we include both our being and our human experience. This approach is grounded in the science of human healing and connection, as illuminated by the founders of Somatic Science®, Somatic Experiencing®, and the Polyvagal Theory. These pioneers in human healing discovered new pathways into the heart of healing through the body. Their wisdom allows us to discover our unique wisdom; how it is possible to learn to trust and transform our experience without transcending it, opening up a doorway to happiness, wholeness, and our essential self.

My approach is non‑clinical and non‑pathologizing, unfolding in a non‑linear way. It supports those who seek an embodied relationship with their own healing and who are willing to engage in the tender, ongoing labor that healing requires. At its core, this work rests in embodied nonduality and the remembrance of the essential self.
Through this work I have recovered my reverence and joy for being human. This reverence emerges in me at the intersection of regulation and revelation. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, I integrate scientific understanding with soulful inquiry to help reveal the essence of being human, our essential humanity.
The Grief Practice: An exploration and explanation of grief in the body. This includes a book, community, classes, trauma-informed yoga trainings, and retreats.
